License of Flux1-dev?

Hello ByteDance team,
I was just wondering how this model relates to the original Flux1-dev License?
The dev variant is usually listed as non commercial, but would I be allowed to make an App around InfiniteYou and make money off of it as long as I mention that it was made by ByteDance or is it a bit more complicated?
