Digital History Lab Tadeusz Manteuffel Institute of History Polish Academy of Sciences
The Digital History Lab evolved from the Historical Research Data Modelling and Analysis Team, established in 2021 to implement the DARIAH-PL project. Its main objective is to study the application of modern digital technologies in historical research and their impact on historians’ methods and historiography. The Lab also conducts HTR and OCR work, maintains and develops the DARIAH.lab digital infrastructure, and supports other IH PAN departments and laboratories in implementing digital projects.
