My research is at the intersection of high-performance computing and machine learning in the domain of computational genomics, with the ultimate goal of investigating biological questions at the genome level to understand and prevent human disease. I am currently a post-doctoral fellow at the National Institutes of Health in the Library of Medicine, Division of Intramural Research, working in the lab of Xiaofang Jiang.
