Custom Docker image repo for an HF Inference Endpoint: FastAPI wrapper around starvector/starvector-1b-im2svg (im2svg). Part of IconEdge's L2 generation tier. Contract: POST /generate {image_b64} -> {svg}, GET /health.

Component licenses verified — see LICENSE in the repo. Weights are self-contained in the StarVector safetensors; the gated bigcode/starcoderbase-1b upstream is never fetched.
