Why does MagicQuil not pull up where I can use it

I have paid for the monthly subscription but, sometimes the page does not load where I can use it.
We'll look into this issues.
Have found out why MagicQuil is not work?
Why do I errors almost all the time?

MagicQuill has been fixed by upgrading gradio.
Now this app is not working saying I have used up my daily limit when I have not used this app today. Is this right?
