Checkpoint collection for NeuroSTORM and baseline models used in the fMRI analysis experiments.

Contents

• pretraining/: pretrained NeuroSTORM MAE checkpoint and SWIFT contrastive checkpoint.
• task1/: age and sex prediction checkpoints across ABCD, HCPA, HCPD, HCP-YA, and UKB.
• task2/: phenotype prediction checkpoints for HCP-YA and TransDiag/TCP targets.
• task3/: diagnosis classification checkpoints across ABIDE, ADHD200, COBRE, HCP-EP, TransDiag, and UCLA.
• task4/: HCP-YA fMRI re-identification checkpoint.
• task5/: HCP-YA task-state classification checkpoints.

Recent Additions

• Task2 tuned NeuroSTORM checkpoints for selected HCP-YA and TCP phenotypes.
• Task5 baseline checkpoints for HCP-YA task-state classification.

Notes

• Checkpoints are stored as PyTorch Lightning .ckpt files.
• Large files are tracked with Git LFS.
